Industrial solutions · textile auxiliaries

Textile auxiliaries produced in-house for dyeing and finishing

Softening, antistatic, leveling, antifoaming, and soaping agents and acid buffers — made from carefully selected green materials for textile and garment mills. Softness as a specification, not a guess.

What we supply

Chemistry that keeps a line consistent, batch after batch.

  • Finishing & softening agents

High-performance finishing for fabric durability, with softeners matched to your brand's own handfeel target.

  • Acid buffers

pH stabilizers for predictable dyeing and color consistency.

  • Pretreatment

Improved dye uptake, less reprocessing, more consistent fabric.

  • Process auxiliaries

Antistatic, leveling, antifoaming, and soaping agents.

Why source it from Cultiva

Formulated, produced, and supported in Bandung — not resold from a container.

  • Sample tubes racked in the Cultiva laboratory in Bandung.

    Formulated in-house

Our own R&D adapts each auxiliary to your fabric, your water, and your machines.

  • Racked drums and IBC totes inside the Cultiva manufacturing centre at Ketapang, Bandung.

    Halal-certified production

Manufactured in our own facility, halal-certified since 2026, with a CoA per batch.

  • A balance and an incubator in Cultiva's laboratory in Bandung.

    A lab behind every claim

The same certified laboratory that runs our antimicrobial testing backs the auxiliaries range.

Where they act

Four baths, four different jobs

The diagram is a schematic of a wet-processing line, not a photograph of one. Each bath asks something different of the chemistry, and the auxiliary that suits one will cost you in the next — a scouring agent that leaves the fabric uneven shows up as a dyeing fault, not as a scouring fault.

That is why we start at your line rather than at our catalogue: the fabric, the water and the machine decide the formulation, and the fault you are looking at is often not made in the bath you are looking at.

  • Pretreatment: wetting and scouring agents
  • Bleaching: peroxide stabilisers and buffers
  • Dyeing: levelling agents and soaping agents
  • Finishing: softeners and handle modifiers
