Privacy

When you fill in the inquiry form on our contact page, we receive the name, company, email address, phone number (phone is optional), and message you enter. We also automatically record the IP address the message came from and your browser's user-agent string, which we use to stop automated abuse of the form. We use these details to answer your question and follow up on your inquiry, and for nothing else.

Each inquiry is sent to us by email at cs@cultiva.id, and a copy is also saved on our own server so that a mail failure cannot lose your message. We keep that copy for twenty-four months and then delete it.

If you email us at cs@cultiva.id, call, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message.

This site is hosted on Cultiva's own server. It uses no advertising and no third-party tracking, and it shares nothing with an advertising network.

We do measure how the site is used, with GoatCounter — open-source analytics that we run ourselves, on our own server, at stats.cultiva.id. Nothing about your visit leaves our infrastructure. GoatCounter records the page you looked at, the page that referred you, the page title, your browser and operating system, your approximate location from your country, and your screen width. It does not store your IP address, your full browser identification string, or any identifier that follows you between visits, and it sets no cookie.

We keep those counts for twelve months and then delete them. To stop being counted, add #toggle-goatcounter to the end of any address on this site and load the page — your browser will confirm it, and after that nothing from this browser is recorded until you do it again. Any content blocker or privacy extension also stops it, and we do not work around one.

The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie on our contact page, placed when the page loads so the inquiry form can be protected against cross-site request forgery. It holds no personal information about you and no other page on the site sets a cookie at all.

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and to provide the product or service you asked about. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of the services we use to run this site and reply to you — our server host and our email provider — process information on our behalf.

If you want to know what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, email us at cs@cultiva.id. We'll respond and do what we can to honor your request.
